Our client, and friend in Hove near Brighton, wanted a simple garden room addition which would effectively become a sheltered part of their terrace, where they could sit in the sun, within a room. We designed a stained oak strip 'ribbon' which wraps around the enclosing space, with folding sliding glazed doors within, and a wood burning stove in an offset brick surround to create a cosy winter hideaway and summer party space. The garden room has been built sucessfully, and we will post photos when available.
